Im not quite sure? It just seemwd so robust in flavor it was overpowering. But I'm not an expert, just a consumer.
I absolutely love the brie cheese. It is absolute favorite product. I spread it on a good European toasted sourdough bread and it is fantastic. The closest thing to real cheese, closest to the real Brie, that I have had before. Before. Much much much better than other vegan cheeses. I adore it and am addicted to it. Love love. Love. My favorite products so far from rebel cheese. I also tried the honey pistachio chevre, I think it's called. It was very excellent also. For a change. Nice and mild and smooth. Those are my two favorite products so far from rebel cheese. But especially love the brie cheese!
Absolutely worth the money! It's also fun trying products I wouldn't have bought myself, but I have ended up loving! Definitely recommend!
This is divine. Delicious taste just like real Brie, but vegan. It’s my favorite, I love having it on toast for breakfast with my tea or coffee.
This cheese is one of my favourite. It’s totally clean and healthy ingredients and so tasty. Just one thing- very long delivery. This time it took 18 days. Guys please do your delivery faster.
Good. This was okay and much better when paired with the smoked cheddar. The fennel was very strong in this.
This has an excellent smoke flavor. One of the best cheeses I’ve had since going vegan.

Two years ago we walked away from meat and dairy, straight to a vegan life choice. Finding a cheese replacement has been a real challenge—until now! Rebel’s Tomato Herb Fromage is superb and absolutely charcuterie worthy.
I love adding this whole thing to pasta for an easy way to make a creamy sauce! However,the oregano is a little heavy, so I prefer to scrape some off before I add it in. Otherwise, this has a great flavor!

This cheese has just the right amount of smoky flavor, along with a slight tang reminiscent of cheddar. The texture is more dense and smooth than the typical crumbly nature of dairy cheddar. Really good in cooked things like a broccoli cheddar casserole, and it shreds well. Just taste the rind/edges prior to using or serving. I was glad I did because it would have been too bitter for eating.
I really enjoy the flavor and texture of this cheese. It’s not just like Brie, but the inside is salty, slightly nutty, soft, and spreadable. The rind has a fairly decent taste and texture reminiscent of Brie.
