The Details
Cheese Storage (Freezing vs. Refrigeration)
Cheeses must be immediately refrigerated and stored in the original packaging. This will keep them fresh until their expiration date. Do not wrap in plastic wrap or store in air tight containers. The cheeses do not like moisture.
Chèvres, Fromages, and Farmer's Cheese can be frozen after delivery for up to one month to extend shelf life
Everyday, Firm, Aged Cheeses, and Pimento: refrigerate only
Ordering & Shipping
Ordering: Orders must be placed by end of day on Sunday in order to be fulfilled for the coming week.
Shipping: To ensure our cheeses arrive cold and in peak condition, we use UPS Next Day Air service. Orders are packaged on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and are delivered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Shipping Fees: Shipping Fee is included in the price meaning that Rebel Cheese pays for the shipping fee.
Terms
- Return Policy. Rebel Cheese food items are perishable and may not be returned, unless there is damage, customer dissatisfaction, or a recall. Any errors must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product, including photos of damage. Contact information is included on following page.
- Receiving. You must be available to receive and store our cheeses in refrigeration immediately.
- Payment. Payment terms are Net 15, meaning that full payment is due in 15 days after the invoice date, and requires a credit card to be kept on file. On the seventh day a statement is past due, the credit card will be charged the late balance.
- Usage. If Rebel Cheese, LLC products are used as an ingredient (sandwich, salad, cheese board, etc.), advertising or marketing, Rebel Cheese must be included and approve of the label and/or product description.
- Local / National Advertising. You may use our trademarks and images of our products throughout the world to promote our products, but any nation-wide or broader campaign beyond your Internet website must be approved by us in advance. We may use your trademarks throughout the world to promote our products and our dealers.
- Pricing. Varies by variety. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice.
- Confidentiality. All wholesale prices included here for Rebel Cheese, LLC products are confidential, and for the use of Retailers or Restaurants only. Publishing the price lists, ingredients or any other Rebel Cheese proprietary information will result in immediate termination of wholesale status. Trying to recreate the Rebel Cheese, LLC recipes or flavors now or in the future is forbidden. Rebel Cheese, LLC reserves the rights to seek damages for any losses that incur as a result of breaching these terms.
Order Quantities
All Small Cheese and Large Chevre are sold in cases of 6 units. Each case must be the same type of cheese. For example:
- 1 case of Small Smoked Cheddar is 6 units of Small (5 oz) Smoked Cheddar
Large cheese is sold in multiples of 4. The large cheese does not have to have 4 units of the same large cheese. Here are some examples:
- Example 1. 1 case can be 4 Large (40 oz) Smoked Cheddar
- Example 2. 1 case can be 2 Large (40 oz) Smoked Cheddar and 2 (40 oz) Large Pepper Jack
- Example 3. 1 case can be 1 Large (40 oz) Smoked Cheddar, 1 Large (40 oz) Pepper Jack, 1 Large (40 oz) Hatch Chile Cheddar, and 1 Large (40 oz) Colby Jack

Tomato Herb Fromage
Reminiscent of the Mediterranean - fresh roasted garlic, sun-dried tomato and herbs. This cheese is known as our “pizza cheese” and first began as a Holiday special but became our top-selling cheese and a staple in our cheese case.

Balsamic Fig & Walnut Fromage
Rich ribbons of reduced balsamic vinegar, a crunch of walnuts, and the sweetness of fig chunks make this a flavorful accompaniment to squash, Brussels Sprouts, and earthy veggies.

Hatch Chile Cheddar
Our Hatch Chile Cheddar is full of umami, peppery heat, and is slightly sharp. Very firm texture, which makes it an excellent cheese for slicing, shredding, and cubing.

This is so close to the real thing. A little bit pungent, creamy, and spreadable. I was able to make a sandwich with Brie, apples, and ham which I thought I could never have again. A perfect replacement for the real thing.
This is so good! I spread this on a bagel this morning for the first time and the flavor combo literally reminds me of pizza. No weird after taste, lots of great herbal flavor, and creamy.
I am not going to lie. I was very skeptical to try other vegan cheeses but I gave Rebel cheese a try. I ordered the November fromagier box and 4 other cheeses. I tried the Brie first, with super low expectations (to avoid disappointment), and WOW!!!! As a French woman I do approve the Brie for sure! I can’t wait to try the other cheeses I got.
Now this one really knocked my socks off, because I didn't think they could get the texture or flavour, but they got both, down pat.
I would order a kilo of this if I could afford it.

The truffle brie is particularly delicious, the the gruyère had a surprisingly marvelous texture.
Now I hope some stores start supplying rebel cheese in Canada so I can avoid shipping fees.

I have sought out dairy-free cheese for over a decade, so I have tried more brands and options than I can even count. Without hesitation, I can genuinely say this is one of the very best that I have ever had!
The Brie is amazing and one of my favorites from Rebel. I also had the Bacon dip, Buffalo dip, and Pimento dip; all three delivered in taste and texture! If you like spicey, the Buffalo dip is for you....
I highly recommend this brand as not only does it scratch the itch for real cheese taste and feel, but it will definitely exceed your expectations!
As a vegetarian who leans towards vegan one thing that keeps me from making the plunge is cheese. Rebel cheese is the first to make that a painless transition - their brie and truffle brie can rival any dairy equivalent. Thank you for making it! Now please sell in shops in Vermont!
I totally expected this spread to be thick and tangy, with the (kinda) usual aftertaste of vegan cheese. Believe me when I tell you that this was not the case. On first bite, I got hints of smokiness, reminiscent of something that had bacon in it. As I had more, it became a wonderful mix of smoky and spicy (not hot, just...spicy). I admit that I had to stop snacking and check the label to make sure it was vegan - it is! If you're on the fence, take the chance and try this spread.
This is a thick spread / dip- so good on pretzels or crackers - devoured it !
I am obsessed with the bacon and scallion spread and the Pimento Dip The flavors are so delicious and would never know it was vegan.It is a staple in my fridge.
I’m extremely lactose and milk-protein intolerant and it sucks because I love cheese and up until now, I have had no good alternatives.
This is as good as it gets—the plain chèvre is perfect as a pair for avocado toast. The Brie has the mouth feel of actual Brie. The dips are luscious and delicious. I never thought I would be able to have this again.
