Very tasty cheeses

The taste is excellent. I had previously purchased the Brie, which is terrific. The only comment that my wife and I have is that the saturated fat content in some of the cheeses is higher than we would like due to the use of coconut. We are trying to keep our saturated fat consumption down. We have purchased some delicious cheeses from Treeline Cheese and none of them have saturated fat content in excess of 1mg/serving. Many are less than that. They have chosen not to use coconut. Overall, though, I acknowledge the remarkable job you have done in creating delicious cheeses.

Decadent treats

Each and every cheese in the box I ordered is unique and sublime . We like to make little teays with crackers and cheese.to round out or evenings instead of sweets. Mt only critique is that there is no discernible truffle flavor in the truffle Brie. I highly recommend Rebel Cheeses.
