Ours is a love story built on a solid foundation of the most important things in life - trust, honesty, and cheese!
As lifelong foodies-turned-vegan, we began a mission to fulfill the Swiss-style holes in our hearts, but nothing on the market could live up to our memories of picnics in the spring and holiday charcuterie spreads.
That's when we began experimenting in our kitchen, learning from dairy experts, and throwing away everything we knew about vegan cheese in order to craft something new: actual cheese made from plants.
From aging cheese in a 1-cubic-foot wine fridge to our new 9,000 sq ft factory, we're grateful for your support every step of the way, and honored to be a part of your tastiest memories, traditions, and celebrations!

After all, its held against a high standard: the deliciousness of the cheeses we all grew up with. So, it’s our commitment to preserve our most loved traditions - defying all the odds - proving the most delicious, crave-able, most rebelliously awesome cheese comes from plants.
