We cannot believe the amazing smokey taste of this Rebel cheese. It's great to eat by itself, on a sandwich, or melted in a Just Egg burrito / omelette. The texture and "firmness" is exactly what you would expect.

For this cheese to be vegan it’s simply the best vegan cheese by far.
The texture is on point the heat level is what you would expect from a pepper jack cheese.

Best vegan cheese hands down. I have a severe dairy intolerance, to the point where I had to fully give up cheese 4 years ago. I am a huge cheese fan but the alternatives all kinda sucked. I found a good mozzarella and Parm alternative but no one ever did cheddar right, till now. When I tasted the cheddar I actually teared up cause it was my favorite cheese before going dairy free and I got to experience that flavor again without the pain dairy for cause me.

I was in love with every cheese we got (I wanted to try them all) and I'm so excited by it that I'm gonna host a cheese party for my family (many of which can't eat dairy) mostly as an excuse to buy more of this but also to share the joy around!

Mr Wonderful was correct -they really nailed it on the Brie! The rind is the perfect texture and the creamy center is delicious. The size and thickness of the wheel is also generous. Will definitely be re-ordering and serving this.

I had mostly carnivores at my open house, and everyone loved tasting and combining the Vegan cheese charcuterie. I had many people snap pictures of the cheese labels I put out by the cheeses, and it was fun to talk about everyone's favorites. Rebel Cheese is AMAZING. As someone who doesnt eat Dairy, but grew up eating Dairy as my largest sector of the food pyramid, rebel cheese tastes BETTER than cheese.

I ordered one for my Dairy eating Mom and then One for me, we both absolutely LOVED the boxes. Rebel Cheese is expensive, but it delivers and is absolutely delicious. Best Vegan Cheese on the market.
