All cheeses should have a white label attached to their packaging with the lot number and best by date printed on them.
Here are the guaranteed refrigerator shelf lives for each of our cheeses:
Bries: 30 days
Fromages: 30 days
Chèvres: 18 days
Firm Cheeses: 3 months (Pepper Jack is 1 month)
Dips/Spreads: 14 days
Sundays' air-drying also makes the food dry enough to last for weeks after opening, but has enough moisture to eat without any additional preparation. That's easy Sundays for you!
All chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Any of our dips and spreads can also be frozen — just be sure to stir once thawed. Please defrost in the refrigerator and consume within the number of days allotted prior to freezing.
We do not recommend freezing any brie or firm cheese as it may affect the texture.
All cheeses contain tree nuts (cashews, almonds). Other common allergens include coconut, and soy. Cheeses do not contain gluten but are crafted in a facility that also processes gluten.

By using artisanal cheese-making processes, we're able to recreate the textures and flavors of the cheeses you love most.
Just like dairy, each cheese has a different best-use.
FIRM CHEESES: Our firms are perfect for grating, slicing, and cold sandwiches. They require a high temperature for melting, but can add gooey cheesiness to any meal.
CHEVRE & FROMAGE: These are our most meltable cheeses and can be reduced down easily to add silky creaminess to any sauce or soup.
CAVE AGED: Our cave-aged varieties are best served chilled or room-temperature. If baking, these are best baked when first sliced into small bites so the rind doesn't retain too much moisture.
