Shipping policy

At Rebel Cheese, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for your order. Here's a detailed look at our shipping process.

Shipping Timeline

We carefully prepare and ship all orders within 10 business days, often sooner. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Occasionally, we may be able to ship on Thursdays for Saturday arrival.

All orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Each shipment is packed in a custom-insulated box with ice packs and insulation liners, designed to maintain a safe temperature of 40°F or below for up to 48 hours during transit.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at cheeseclub@rebelcheese.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping timelines may be extended. Please place your order early to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Fees

We ship all orders directly from our production facility in Austin, Texas, throughout the U.S., except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking information and shipping confirmations will be emailed to you upon order shipment and delivery. Due to the perishability of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Our shipping fees for the United States are the following:

  • Free shipping on all orders $90 USD and up
  • $20 USD shipping fee on orders between $0.00-$89.99 USD (unless otherwise specified)

Local Pickup for the Austin, Texas Area

If you are in Austin, Texas, enjoy the option to pick up your order directly from our Rebel Cheese Bistro located in the Mueller neighborhood.  Local Pickup Orders are placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on Tuesdays and should be ready for pickup at our Rebel Cheese Bistro on Wednesday - Sunday during regular business hours. To ensure the best possible freshness and flavor, we can only hold your order at the Rebel Cheese Bistro for 5 days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Should you have any questions about our shipping policy, please email us at cheeseclub@rebelcheese.com. Our customer service hours are Monday- Friday 8 AM - 4 PM Central Time. For all emails, please allow a minimum of 48 hours (Monday - Friday) for a response. All emails sent on weekends or after 4 PM Central Time on Fridays will be responded to on Monday as soon as we can.
