Fast, Fresh Delivery from Austin to Your Door

Every order ships directly from our production facility in Austin, Texas, with care taken to preserve peak freshness. Here's everything you need to know about getting your artisan cheese delivered.

Delivery Options

Choose the shipping speed that works for you:

Standard Delivery (2-Day Air). Included with all orders excluding Alaska and Hawaii*. Your order arrives within 2 business days of shipment. We ship Monday through Wednesday, with occasional Thursday shipments for Saturday delivery.
- Free shipping on orders $90 and up
- $20 flat rate on orders under $90
Scheduled Delivery (2-Day Air). Select your preferred delivery date from our calendar at checkout. Perfect for gifts, events, or when you want to plan ahead. Not available for Alaska and Hawaii*.
- $7.99 on orders $90 and up
- $27.99 flat rate on orders under $90
*Expedited Delivery (1-Day Air). Priority overnight shipping for time-sensitive orders. Required for Alaska and Hawaii.
- $34.99 on orders $90 and up
- $54.99 on orders under $90

Processing & Shipment

We prepare and ship most orders within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing may take up to 10 business days. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order ships.

Packaging for Freshness

Every shipment goes out in a custom-insulated box with ice packs and insulation liners, maintaining a safe temperature of 40°F or below for up to 48 hours in transit.

Important Shipping Notes

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to product perishability
Alaska and Hawaii require Expedited (1-Day Air) delivery
During peak seasons, please order early to ensure timely delivery

Austin Local Pickup

Skip shipping and pick up your order at Rebel Cheese Bistro in Mueller.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central on Tuesdays are ready for pickup Wednesday through Sunday during regular business hours. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please pick up within 5 days to ensure optimal freshness.

If Something Goes Wrong

We stand behind every order. If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at cheeseclub@rebelcheese.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.
