Fast, Fresh Delivery from Austin to Your Door

Every order ships directly from our production facility in Austin, Texas, with care taken to preserve peak freshness. Here's everything you need to know about getting your artisan cheese delivered.

Minimum Order Requirement

To ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition, we require a minimum cart total of $29 before checkout. Every order we ship is packed with temperature-controlled insulation and ice packs to keep your cheese safe and fresh during transit. At $29, most customers are ordering at least two cheese products, which is the minimum we need to justify the cost and materials of a properly packed shipment.

If your cart is below $29, you will see a prompt to add more items before checkout is unlocked. Our cheeses hate traveling solo, so add a traveling buddy, and you are good to go.

Delivery Options

Choose the shipping speed that works for you:

  • Standard Delivery (2 to 3 Days). Included with all orders excluding Alaska and Hawaii*. Your order arrives within 2 to 3 business days of shipment. We ship Monday through Wednesday, with delivery on Wednesday through Friday. Thanks to our upgraded insulation and ice packs, qualifying locations now receive orders within 3 days while still arriving cold and fresh.
    • Free shipping on orders $80 and up
    • $20 flat rate on orders under $80
  • Scheduled Delivery (2 to 3 Days). Select your preferred delivery date from our calendar at checkout. Perfect for gifts, events, or planning ahead. Not available for Alaska and Hawaii*. We ship Monday through Wednesday, with delivery on Wednesday through Friday. 
    • Free shipping on orders $80 and up
    • $20.00 flat rate on orders under $80
  • *Expedited Delivery (1-Day Air). Priority overnight shipping for time-sensitive orders. Required for Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Expedited Delivery orders Monday through Thursday, with delivery on Tuesday through Friday. 
    • $34.99 on orders $80 and up
    • $54.99 on orders under $80

How to Schedule Your Delivery

When you are ready to check out, you can choose your preferred delivery date right from the checkout page. Here is how it works:

  1. Proceed to Checkout and enter your delivery address in the Delivery section.
  2. Once you enter your delivery address, a calendar will appear below with available delivery dates.
  3. Select your preferred date, then choose from the available Shipping Methods: Standard Delivery, Scheduled Delivery, or Expedited Delivery.

Scheduled Delivery and Expedited Delivery are great options for gifts, parties, and special occasions because you can plan exactly when your cheese arrives. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Scheduled Delivery or Expedited Delivery and picking the date directly on the calendar.

Processing & Shipment

We prepare and ship most orders within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing may take up to 10 business days. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order ships.

Packaging for Freshness

Every shipment goes out in a custom-insulated box with ice packs and insulation liners, maintaining a safe temperature of 40°F or below for up to 48 hours in transit.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to product perishability
  • Alaska and Hawaii require Expedited (1-Day Air) delivery
  • During peak seasons, please order early to ensure timely delivery

If Something Goes Wrong

We stand behind every order. If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at cheeseclub@rebelcheese.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
