Beautifully marbled, our Colby Jack (5 oz) is a sharp, bright cheese and is perfect to cube up for a midday snack or serve alongside fruit and crackers on a cheese board. Very firm texture, which makes it an excellent cheese for slicing, shredding, and cubing.

USES: Our Colby Jack is a great snacking cheese and pairs perfectly with vegan salami, mustard, and some chopped green onion or chives. It is also a great addition to cold pasta salads, tacos, or soups.

The Colby Jack pairs beautifully with lightly oaked Chardonnay, soft reds like Merlot, a crisp blonde ale, or a sparkling apple cider for a non-alcoholic twist.
It’s right at home with buttery crackers, soft pretzels, or tortilla wedges, and pairs well with classic snack board sides like pickles, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, and smoky vegan deli slices.
Add apple slices, dried pineapple, or a dollop of fruit chutney, and finish with chives or a pinch of smoked paprika for a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing setup.

STORAGE:

Once your cheeses arrive, we recommend transferring them to the refrigerator as soon as you can. All cheeses must be kept refrigerated and should only be removed from the refrigerator immediately before serving. We recommend consuming the cheeses within 7 days of opening. Here are some tips on how to best store the cheese after they have been opened:

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

SHELF LIFE:
All cheeses should have a white label attached to their packaging with the lot number and best by date printed on them.
