Making Things Right
While we're confident in our products, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we handle different situations:
We'll Always Make It Right When:

Quality concerns arise - If your cheese arrives spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not up to our high standards (please send photos of the product and lot sticker)

We send the wrong items - Mistakes happen, and we'll fix them immediately

Packaging affects product quality - If damaged packaging compromises your cheese (photos of packaging and lot sticker help us improve)
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Provide details about the issue, including order number and photos if applicable.
- Please be sure to include photographs of your incorrect or damaged product. Include a photo of the Lot Number on the cheese (see image):
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
What's Not Covered in Our Refund Process
To keep our prices fair for everyone, we can't offer refunds for:

Flavor preferences -Β Personal taste preferences or disliking a product's flavor. For example, saying something is "too salty" or "too spicy" is NOT sufficient reason for a refund. We are based in Austin, Texas, so some of our products are spicy, such as our Hatch Chile Cheddar, Pimento Cheese, Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip, and Pepper Jack.

Delivery issues outside our control - Wrong addresses, stolen packages, or delays in refrigeration after delivery

About Returns & Replacements
Perishable Products: Because our cheeses are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. This helps us maintain food safety standards and keep costs down for our community.
Replacements: If we need to send a replacement, we'll ask you to cover shipping to ensure fairness to all our customers.
Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
Protect Your Order
We recommend adding Shipping Insurance at checkout. This affordable option covers:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Temperature issues during transit
- Damaged products
Without insurance, we cannot replace orders affected by shipping issues beyond our control.
