I had forgotten about it and then saw an advertisement for it and that it had been backed by some of my favorites on Shark Tank - so I decided to try it out - and I LOVE IT!!!!

My first words: NO WAY!
For 8 years I have been in search of vegan cheeze that tastes remotely like dairy cheese, has a similar mouth feel and makes me want to eat more of it. Rebel Cheese is the only answer! The pimento cheese spread is my favorite due to the taste and consistency – – the spice is perfect! And I thought I would never experience Brie again yet here I am! Hands down the best cheese!
The surprise box was filled with fun cheese surprises and I have loved every one so far! The smoky cheddar might be my favorite as the smoke is subtle but there. The balsamic fig was a nice, slightly sweet spreadable and the bacon scallion spread (not included in the box) is something I’m already sorry we finished.

I have been vegan and missing cheese more than anything for 20 years! This cheese is the most authentic and delicious cheese to dairy base cheeses! The truffle brie was so decadent! I have not eaten all of the varieties yet but so far this cheese is amazing!
