It's an amazing business you have created; I've always been interested in exploring plant-based cheese. I bought the Brie, Truffle Brie, Tomato Herb fromage, and Baccon Scallon Spread. The brie looked just like the dairy brie with a soft white skin, but it still had a chasew center with it's distinct flavor. The TruffleBrie was very good, with a strong truffle flavor and the texture was creamy. The Tomato Herb Fromage was very flavorful; I even used it on pasta for a cheesy cream sauce because of the basil; it was almost like a pesto. The Baccon Scallion spread was really good with a good Baccon flavor.
