I've been vegan for 20+ years and cheese is the only thing I missed. Rebel Cheese is the first cheese that tastes like cheese--perhaps even better! No weird textures, funky aftertaste, etc. that you get with most plant-based cheeses. I don't know how they do it but PLEASE KEEP IT UP!

New to plant based cheese
It's an amazing business you have created; I've always been interested in exploring plant-based cheese. I bought the Brie, Truffle Brie, Tomato Herb fromage, and Baccon Scallon Spread. The brie looked just like the dairy brie with a soft white skin, but it still had a chasew center with it's distinct flavor. The TruffleBrie was very good, with a strong truffle flavor and the texture was creamy. The Tomato Herb Fromage was very flavorful; I even used it on pasta for a cheesy cream sauce because of the basil; it was almost like a pesto. The Baccon Scallion spread was really good with a good Baccon flavor.

I love the delicious cheeses Rebel Cheese makes- I only wish their cheeses were sold in more places like HEB and Whole Foods since I’m out in the middle of nowhere.
Hopefully, that will be happening one day soon.

We've tried so many cheese substitutes, but they've all had a weird aftertaste, or an unappealing texture, not Rebel cheese. It is delicious and indistinguishable from "real" cheese. We will definitely be purchasing from Rebel cheese again!

Well, every time I try something new from Rebel Cheese, it becomes my favorite. That’s’ what happened today with the Tomato Herb Fromage…this stuff is so flavorful. Takes just like the Mediterranean, I will be ordering more for sure. Happy Holidays and thank you for making your wonderful product! I feel like a queen being able to eat “cheese”.

First, they were kind enough to expedite the shipping without extra charge as I had family coming before Christmas who are vegan,( including myself)
I got the holiday package and everyone loved all the cheeses, especially the balsamic fig , the tomatoe herb, and the Brie . They came packed well and nice and cold!

Delicious and spicy
This pepperjack hit all the right notes and I didn't miss the dairy version at all. It is definitely on the spicier end of the spectrum, spicier than standard grocery store pepperjack, but not so spicy that my very spicy-intolerant husband still enjoyed it without getting uncontrollable hiccups (which is his reaction to foods that are more than mildly spicy). Very good with the soppressata on some crackers! Creamy rich texture but perfect firmness for cracker slices.

Insane. So good I wish I bought two
My husband is not plant based, and he not only thought this was delicious, but also that it really did taste almost exactly like smoked cheddar cheese. He even went back for more - definitely a first as he generally gives plant-based cheese a wide berth. I loved this so much that I wish I'd bought two. Next time I will!!!

Not an exact goat cheese dupe, but delicious
This reminds me more of a rich, firm ricotta than a goat cheese. It's a little sweet and a little salty, with a smooth and creamy consistency. It's fantastic. It doesn't have the earthy sourness of real goat cheese, but I was still blown away by how good it is, and will repurchase.
