We are not vegan and my husband was skeptical, but I like to try snacks that I can offer to anyone and everyone when we have friends over. We’ve tried the pistachio chèvre which was slightly sweet and the perfect after dinner cheese. We paired that with the smoked cheddar which complemented it nicely. We also really liked the pimento cheese. It was just the right amount of spicy and delicious.(Together with GF multigrain crackers, these made the perfect offering for almost any diet)

Rebel cheese has outdone itself. And I thought the Honey Pistachio Chevre was to die for. Now it's a real toss up. I love figs and have a fig tree in my back yard. This fig & walnut fromage is so creamy and just the right amount of sweetness from the figs. I bought a sampler pack for my vegan daughter and know she will love all the Rebel cheeses as I do. Thank you for making healthy, delicious vegan cheeses.

Rebel Cheese Pepper Jack is mildly flavored & spicy - excellent in TexMex! It has a slight crumbly texture, which I love. I can't wait to try it in more dishes.

I ordered the parmesan after seeing an ad on Facebook. I’ve been a vegan for a very long time and cheese is the only thing I miss. I’ve always thought that the vegan cheeses sold in the major stores are pretty disgusting. This Parmesan is really good. While I can’t say it 100% tastes like actual Parmesan (although admittedly I haven’t had real Parmesan in maybe 20 years so it’s possible I just don’t remember), it has a really great flavor that tasted amazing on pasta, crackers, and salads. It grated perfectly too. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors in the future.

A little bit sweet covered in nuts, yummy and creamy. What a great treat to have such a delicious cheese that’s vegan. I will be a customer forever.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered the tomato herb fromage but my goodness is it ever yummy! A perfect balance of tomato, herbs, a smidge salty and an even smaller smidge of sweetness makes a scrumptious spread on your favorite cracker or crusty bread or celery.

Although I’m not vegan, I’m sensitive to dairy. I’ve tried other vegan cheeses before and many of them didn’t taste good at all. You guys knocked it out of the park, especially with the Brie. Delicious!

This tomato herb fromage is outstanding, a vegan cheese that tastes even better than real cheese and not like the usual vegan suspects from the grocery store.

I have a hard time deciding which one of Rebel’s vegan cheeses is my favorite but this balsamic fig and walnut fromage ranks definitely at the top. It makes a perfect dessert cheese that tastes great anytime!

This cheese is perfect ! Who needs dairy when you can enjoy an even better flavor than dairy cheese !

I love it. Thought I was eating real cheese. Great with crackers. I can't wait to try it with pasta.

My children and I love the smoked cheddar! We are not strictly vegan, but we have digestive issues surrounding cheese and meat. We tried several other flavors and the cheddar was the best, if you are looking to try one I would start there. Happy snacking!

Way to go Rebel Cheese! Excellent. By far best vegan cheese I've ever tried. If you haven't tried it...do it. Sooooo good. Oh..and the salami too...wonderful!
