This is so close to the real thing. A little bit pungent, creamy, and spreadable. I was able to make a sandwich with Brie, apples, and ham which I thought I could never have again. A perfect replacement for the real thing.
This is so good! I spread this on a bagel this morning for the first time and the flavor combo literally reminds me of pizza. No weird after taste, lots of great herbal flavor, and creamy.
I am not going to lie. I was very skeptical to try other vegan cheeses but I gave Rebel cheese a try. I ordered the November fromagier box and 4 other cheeses. I tried the Brie first, with super low expectations (to avoid disappointment), and WOW!!!! As a French woman I do approve the Brie for sure! I can’t wait to try the other cheeses I got.
Now this one really knocked my socks off, because I didn't think they could get the texture or flavour, but they got both, down pat.
I would order a kilo of this if I could afford it.

The rind, omg. The rind. 😭 It's that bounce! The texture of real brie 🤤😍 I'm happier than humanly possible.
And real truffle flavour just gives it an oumph I can't get enough of!
I am absolutely ecstatic, this is the only non-dairy cheese I've tried that I like.
The truffle brie is particularly delicious, the the gruyère had a surprisingly marvelous texture.
Now I hope some stores start supplying rebel cheese in Canada so I can avoid shipping fees.
This is my first time trying your vegan cheeses and I am blown away. They are DELICIOUS!!! I know I could make a cheese board for Thanksgiving and no one would know the difference! ♥️
This is my favorite so far of the Rebel Cheeses. I actually like it better than most real cheese spreads. Looking forward to trying them all.
I have sought out dairy-free cheese for over a decade, so I have tried more brands and options than I can even count. Without hesitation, I can genuinely say this is one of the very best that I have ever had!
The Brie is amazing and one of my favorites from Rebel. I also had the Bacon dip, Buffalo dip, and Pimento dip; all three delivered in taste and texture! If you like spicey, the Buffalo dip is for you....
I highly recommend this brand as not only does it scratch the itch for real cheese taste and feel, but it will definitely exceed your expectations!
As a vegetarian who leans towards vegan one thing that keeps me from making the plunge is cheese. Rebel cheese is the first to make that a painless transition - their brie and truffle brie can rival any dairy equivalent. Thank you for making it! Now please sell in shops in Vermont!
I totally expected this spread to be thick and tangy, with the (kinda) usual aftertaste of vegan cheese. Believe me when I tell you that this was not the case. On first bite, I got hints of smokiness, reminiscent of something that had bacon in it. As I had more, it became a wonderful mix of smoky and spicy (not hot, just...spicy). I admit that I had to stop snacking and check the label to make sure it was vegan - it is! If you're on the fence, take the chance and try this spread.
This is a thick spread / dip- so good on pretzels or crackers - devoured it !
I am obsessed with the bacon and scallion spread and the Pimento Dip The flavors are so delicious and would never know it was vegan.It is a staple in my fridge.
I’m extremely lactose and milk-protein intolerant and it sucks because I love cheese and up until now, I have had no good alternatives.
This is as good as it gets—the plain chèvre is perfect as a pair for avocado toast. The Brie has the mouth feel of actual Brie. The dips are luscious and delicious. I never thought I would be able to have this again.
