I have been vegan and missing cheese more than anything for 20 years! This cheese is the most authentic and delicious cheese to dairy base cheeses! The truffle brie was so decadent! I have not eaten all of the varieties yet but so far this cheese is amazing!

The Gruyere has the taste and texture of a dairy cheese. I like eating it straight up but it's also fabulous grated on pasta and other dishes. Will be ordering this one again for sure.
