This may be our favorite of the variety pack we bought so far. The subtle salty nuttiness is a phenomenal flavor that lingers very nicely. Another cube that we ate entirely in a single serving. I am in love!!!

Hi. I shared several of the cheeses last night. The arrangement with crackers and selection of cheeses was beautiful and easy to set up. I was very pleased. This cheese was delicious and I look forward to checking out other recipes.

For this cheese to be vegan it’s simply the best vegan cheese by far.
The texture is on point the heat level is what you would expect from a pepper jack cheese.

Best vegan cheese hands down. I have a severe dairy intolerance, to the point where I had to fully give up cheese 4 years ago. I am a huge cheese fan but the alternatives all kinda sucked. I found a good mozzarella and Parm alternative but no one ever did cheddar right, till now. When I tasted the cheddar I actually teared up cause it was my favorite cheese before going dairy free and I got to experience that flavor again without the pain dairy for cause me.

I was in love with every cheese we got (I wanted to try them all) and I'm so excited by it that I'm gonna host a cheese party for my family (many of which can't eat dairy) mostly as an excuse to buy more of this but also to share the joy around!

Mr Wonderful was correct -they really nailed it on the Brie! The rind is the perfect texture and the creamy center is delicious. The size and thickness of the wheel is also generous. Will definitely be re-ordering and serving this.

I had mostly carnivores at my open house, and everyone loved tasting and combining the Vegan cheese charcuterie. I had many people snap pictures of the cheese labels I put out by the cheeses, and it was fun to talk about everyone's favorites. Rebel cheese is a fabulous addition, and people love to have something new and different to experience. Thanks, sooo much, Rebel, for making this Open house a huge hit!!!

Rebel Cheese is AMAZING. As someone who doesnt eat Dairy, but grew up eating Dairy as my largest sector of the food pyramid, rebel cheese tastes BETTER than cheese.

I ordered one for my Dairy eating Mom and then One for me, we both absolutely LOVED the boxes. Rebel Cheese is expensive, but it delivers and is absolutely delicious. Best Vegan Cheese on the market.

the lemon herb chevre is the star... really delicious
i've never had a floral cheese before, that brie en fleur was quite interesting not my fav out of the bunch but definitely unique
the rest of the cheeses are classics. the strawberry basil tastes like a delicious strawberry cheesecake, the everything fromage is a classic, and we didn't try the last one yet but i'm sure it will be bomb

The delicious, innovative flavors stand on their own & in combinations. Strawberry and Basil bring out the best in each other. Lemon herb are tasty friends. All else is a party waiting to delight your mouth.

This is the best cheese I have ever tasted! I ordered this box for my mother and I to try while I was visiting her, and I read the shipping times wrong. The cheese wasn't going to make it for our visit. So I contacted the cheese people and they were very kind and helpful! They sent out the cheese immediately so we could enjoy it on our trip. We have really been enjoying our trip and the cheese has made it extra special. You will not regret trying their cheese!

I have been craving cheese and can not eat dairy. I tried this assortment for the first time and Rebel ‘cheeses’ are really delicious. I actually like them better than dairy cheese. I wish that I could buy them local. Whole Foods take notice!!!!

The Tomato Herb Fromage is fantastic, and I'm not vegan. I ordered cheeses from you as a birthday gift for a friend who is vegan. I kept the soft wheels for myself and am enjoying them. New customer here.
