The January 4-Cheese Fromagier includes:
- Gjetost. Gjetost (pronounced "yay-toast") is not your typical cheese! As a type of brunost (brown cheese), this Norwegian classic stands out for its sweet, caramel-like flavor. Our take is 100% vegan, firm, silky-smooth, and bursting with rich caramel notes. It’s unlike anything you’ve tried before, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
