In this box, you'll find:

• Cave-Aged Brie. Our award-winning brie is aged for at least 2 weeks in our one-of-a-kind cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind, plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.
• Tomato Herb Fromage. Our beloved "pizza cheese" has everyone talking! This unique fromage features a Mediterranean herb coating and a delightful surprise—a sun-dried tomato center. When we make this cheese, the entire building fills with the amazing aroma of Mediterranean seasonings. 
• Smoked Cheddar. This firm cheese is cold-smoked with mesquite wood chips for a bold, distinctive flavor. Perfect for slicing, snacking, or grating, it elevates sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and salads, or pairs beautifully with sweet apples. 
  
• Honee Pistachio Chèvre. A soft cheese featuring a tangy base complemented by a sweet-and-salty coating, creating a perfectly balanced flavor profile. This versatile cheese shines on its own or when served on bruschetta with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
