It is a firm salami so recommend slicing thinly. So much great earthly flavor, goes great with the pepper jack and tomato herb fromage. 10/10 recommend.

Not a bad substitute. Lots of flavor! I am a meat eater and wanted to try something different since hubby is eating plant based. Will have to try some of the other flavors and see if one of them stands out. Family will definitely eat this again.

Ordered this on a whim to go with the cheeses I selected and it was so good! I haven’t had salami it about a decade and it tastes just how I remember. It pairs especially well with the smoked cheddar and a cracker, there really is no way to tell the difference from the real thing. I’m impressed!!
