We first launched the Rebel Turkey in our Austin bistro and many of our customers have been asking us to make our turkey available for online sales on a regular basis. Our turkey is meticulously handmade by our meat-maker Curtis, we know you will enjoy it on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich, or a wrap.
Curtis can only make a limited amount of turkey each week. When the turkey sells out, we will put it back in stock on Monday for shipping the following Monday (7 days later).

This is off the charts. We made club sandwiches with umaro bacon, the rebel smoked cheddar, lettuce & tomato. What a great sandwich! I love that they use mostly organic ingredients, usually we feel crappy from eating “fake meat” products but because of the quality ingredients we felt great. Sooo happy this company has stepped up to the plate, we’ve been waiting years for a company to come out with great tasting alternative meat products that are made mostly organically, and the wait is now over! You’ve got a customer for life.

We made the best grilled turkey, (vegan mannose outside), sandwich ever. Used the cranberry spread, Smokey Gouda shaved green pepper, thin red onion and tomato. We grilled the turkey first. Can’t wait to make for our vegan kids and sent some to their house from r holiday sandwiches! Rebel is the best!
