Coby Jack

Really, really good. Nice sharp cheddar taste with a creamy light buttery texture. Loved it.

Great combo

The combination of distinctive Colby and milder Jack provides a tasty contrast to the stronger cheddar. This is so good with fresh fruit such as grapes, pears and apples.

The awesome Colby Jack

My new favorite! This "cheese" is by far the best tasting non-dairy cheese I've ever tasted. I say my "new favorite" cuz I'm so in love with the gruyere but as wonderful as I still think it is, it has now become my 2nd favorite. They're both fantastic and it's really a close call....🤔
