Pepper jack rocks

Having cheese eating family members over to try Rebel Cheese was very interesting. They were very impressed by them, & the Pepper Jack was a big hit.

What Doesn’t It Pair With???

Grated in a salad, a baked potato, on a quesadilla, or an egg. Sliced for a sandwich or crackers. Pepper Jack is a winner!

Excellent!

I’m a California girl and grew up on Monterey Jack. I’ve missed it so much since going vegan, but this one fits the bill. It’s not identical, nor did I expect it to be. But it IS delicious - creamy, tangy and spicy - and absolutely amazing on a veg burger with avocado and chile mayonnaise.
