Calabrian-style salami influenced by the flavors of southern Italy. The flavor profile is undertones of applewood smoke and black pepper.

Food itself is very tasty but the freezing bar has a problem

The food is top notch. I found what I think is an engineering problem with the frozen gel block intended to cool the food. The edge of the freezing block is a plastic sheet cut in a serrated manner presumably to separate it from the other blocks. My box of food came with a large coolant spill, but thankfully the food is all packaged well enough that it was not contaminated. It wouldn’t make sense for Rebel cheese staff to intentionally cut the freezing blocks before shipping, so I imagine the freezer gel block was shook around just right for an edge to catch on something just right to slit the pack open and spill all the freezer gel. A redesign of the freezing gel packs may help.
