Well Rebel.... I've been waiting to be able to share this review because I had a big problem with my order and people must know. Here it is....Your cheese was way too delicious and I am not happy that I have to order and wait (a reasonable amount of time but still too long) to replenish my stock. How is this fair!? Why in the Sam Hill is it so good!? Listen... I have never tasted pimento cheese in my life. Obviously, since I paid for the cheese, I am going to at least taste it. And wow! I have no desire to ever taste dairy pimento cheese because how could it taste better than yours!? You hooked me. And now, I have to continue to buy your cheese FOREVER! I hope yall ready. I will not stop ordering. Thank you so much for the care you put into your product. You have a fan in me! Yes..this new obsession is all your fault. ♥️

I am the only person in my family who is lactose intolerant, so whenever I make something with cheese, may family is suspicious that I have put my “fake cheese” into the dish. Tried the Tomato Herb Fromage and it was fabulous. Invited my daughter to share-at first she scoffed, then tried a little. She then raved about the cheese-I couldn’t even finish it-she devoured the rest! Will definitely buy again!

It tasted just like pepper jack dairy cheese which was surprising. Sliced thinly or used as a salad topping, I doubt anyone could tell the difference. The consistency was off a bit from dairy cheese - not as smooth - but much better than the alternatives. I would definitely buy again.
