Beautifully marbled, our Colby Jack (5 oz) is a sharp, bright cheese and is perfect to cube up for a midday snack or serve alongside fruit and crackers on a cheese board. Very firm texture, which makes it an excellent cheese for slicing, shredding, and cubing.

Third chees I’ve tried. Consistency of this harder cheese is good. Appetizing and reminds me more of an older cheddar. Shredded some to use on nachos. It didn’t melt despite 3.5 minute on high in the microwave but the flavour was excellent! And I am happy to have a non dairy option that tastes like my old quick nachos with old cheddar. Would buy it again. Just wish these packages were bigger. Took almost a whole piece to do one dinner sized plate of nachos.

Creamy and delicious! Wish the cheeses were bigger lol. I could eat an entire cheese pretty easily. lol. They’re amazing. Been vegan over 10 years and never really “missed” cheese but from vegetarian to vegan it was def something that was harder for me to say goodbye to becuase vegan cheeses are an art. I’m a fan of melting vegan cheese though. I do love vio life brand. These cheeses are minimal ingredients. I wish they used organic cashews becuase conventional nuts have pesticides but they do have a good amount of organic ingredients and less processed. Love this cheese!

I can't believe it. It's the best tasting cleanest cheese type product that I've ever tasted. Vegan cheeses tend to have alot of additives that I can't pronounce. Someone said to me that if you can't pronounce the ingredients then they're probably really bad for you.
