I cannot handle spice anymore - can you please make straight up blue cheese for us lightweights? It's tasty but packs too much punch for me

We Love It!

We are from New Mexico and we like our food spicy and hot. The Buffalo spread is simply yummy and addictive. We can't seem to stay away from it and now it's almost gone. Next, we will try the Brie stay tuned.
