Ultimate Vegan 7-Layer Dip for the Big Game

Looking for the perfect party snack recipes for the Big Game? This 7-layer dip is super quick, easy, and packed with bold flavors, making it the ideal snack for your game day spread. Whether you're hosting or attending a party, this dip will score big with everyone! 

Our take on this classic spread features some of our favorite, most-snackable cheeses—the Pimento and Pepper Jack —making this dip even more delicious.

This recipe is totally customizable—feel free to add more layers, skip some, or adjust the thickness of each layer to suit your taste. It's all up to you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refried beans (vegan-friendly)
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream of your choice (we used the cashew & coconut sour cream by The Forager Project)
  • 1 cup guacamole (store-bought or home-made)
  • 1 package of Rebel Cheese Pimento
  • 1 cup vegan "ground beef", cooked (we used Abbot's plant-based ground beef)
  • Rebel Cheese Pepper Jack, shredded (for topping)
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • Clear serving container (bowl or storage container work!)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

Simply layer everything in your dish! This is the order we followed:
Layer 1 – Refried Beans

Layer 2 – Vegan Sour Cream

Layer 3 – Guacamole

Layer 4 – Rebel Cheese Pimento

Layer 5 – Vegan Ground Beef

Layer 6 – Rebel Cheese Pepper Jack

Layer 7 – Pico de Gallo

Serve with your favorite torilla chips & enjoy!
