Strawberry Fromage Pastries with Balsamic and Mint

The creaminess of the cheese paired with the crunchiness of the pastry and sweetness of strawberries cannot be matched, in my humble opinion.
I am a BIG Rebel Cheese fan and even though they have gifted me a few cheeses in the past I continue to purchase from them because they are the best vegan cheeses out there!

Ingredients: (makes 6 pastries)
- 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry, thawed (I use Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets which are secretly vegan!)
- 8 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, more for drizzling
- 1 cup fromage blanc cheese (I’m using Rebel Cheese's Strawberry Basil Fromage 💯)
- Plant-based milk
- Sugar for sprinkling
- Balsamic vinegar/vinaigrette for drizzling
- Fresh or dried basil or mint (I’m using mint)
