Was a gift-well loved!

I loved the strawberry basil fromage, the pistachio chevre, and the hatch chile. The brie was also great. The parmesan and truffle brie are my freebies and I have not tried the parm (going to asap but thats a lot of cheese to have open at once lol) and the truffle brie was good to me, but obviously truffle is a strong flavor that people need to really like, so it didnt go as quickly as the others when I had friends and family try it. I think these cheeses are amazing. Yes, you are paying for a niche product and for the quality, yet still i find them to be somewhat over priced. Keep in mind dairy artisan cheeses can also be very pricey, but it's still a bit tough to justify purchasing regularly. however, i loved them and was very happy with my purchase and will purchase again for a special occasion. Love the brand and love Mark.

I’m happy with all the cheeses. The problem is they’re only two of us in the household and I’m the only one who’s eating the cheese. If I could order it in smaller quantities or purchase it at a local grocery store, it would be easier

What a waste of money this is the worst cheese product I have ever tasted. I will be throwing it in the garbage.
