If I knew I could get away with living off these crackers and your pimento cheese, I’d do it. I am totally in love with the combination. I love your other cheeses too. I’m the only one in my household that eats the cheeses and it takes me a while to eat all of them. That works out well for me. My husband has discovered the crackers though.
