Have only opened the pistachio/basil chevre for guests last night. All agreed that the flavor and texture was fine but were a bit put off by the grey color of the cheese itself. More reviews after we open additional packages. Keep up the good work.

So far have only tried the Cave-Aged Truffle Brie which is delicious and Tomato Herb Fromage which was so amazing I could only moan 'hmmmmm' in with every bite!! Based on the two cheese alone I will be a life long subscriber!! Soooo excited to try the rest! Well done Rebel Cheese.

Absolutely insanely delicious. It taste better than traditional mik based cheese. I highly highly recommend this product! I make charcuterie boards as a hobby, and I will definitely be using this product
