Join us for an evening of tasting, conversation, and cooking, highlighting the cheeses inside our limited-release Awards Night Boxes.This evening is all about getting to know our cheeses better, learning how to pair and serve them thoughtfully, and gaining the confidence to entertain with them whether you're hosting an awards watch party, planning a dinner with friends, or savoring a quiet night in with delicious cheeses.

We will take a deeper dive into the seasonal Cinnamon Cognac Gjetost, a rich, caramelized cheese available only inside the Awards Night Box, and cook a creamy Truffle Risotto featuring our newest cheese, Truffle Pecorino. This decadent, restaurant-worthy dish highlights the bold, savory depth of our latest release and is perfect for your next dinner party or cozy night in!

Both of these cheeses are featured in our Awards Night Boxes. *Truffle Chèvre featured in the risotto recipe is not included in the Awards Night Boxes.

If you would like to taste along live, we highly recommend ordering the Awards Night Box, available in three sizes. It includes all of the cheeses we will be discussing, including the exclusive Cinnamon Cognac Gjetost that is not available outside of the box.
