A mildly but distinctive flavor. The texture, color and firmness are very authentic. Overall a nice, enjoyable “cheese”.

Truly an amazing cheese. The best vegan chevre I have ever had. I served this at a party of non vegans, and it was a huge hit. I love Rebel cheese!

Very good vegan soft cheese. The truffle flavor is mild and does not overpower the cheese, which may be good for some people and disappointing for others.

I opened this as soon as FedEx dropped off, at my door, lol! I was just going to sample it, but ended up eating a fairly good amount all to myself with crackers. It was so good!!! I don't think it will last more than a day with me 🤣🤣
I will definitely order 2 next time to share, half of 1, lol! Its So good!!
