• Rebel Cheese Port Wine Cheeseball. This limited-edition treat is a creamy, cheesy delight with a toasted almond coating that captures the holiday spirit. The rich port wine flavor mingles perfectly with the velvety cheese center, while the crunchy almond exterior adds a delightful texture. This bold, wine-infused creation (not for the faint of heart!) brings to mind cozy family gatherings and festive celebrations. Don't miss this seasonal specialty—available only for a short time! 
• Rebel Cheese Cave-Aged Brie. Our award-winning brie is aged for at least 2 weeks in our one-of-a-kind cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind, plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.
• Rebel Cheese Tomato Herb Fromage. Our beloved "pizza cheese" has everyone talking! This unique fromage features a Mediterranean herb coating and a delightful surprise—a sun-dried tomato center. When we make this cheese, the entire building fills with the amazing aroma of Mediterranean seasonings. 
• Rebel Cheese Honee Pistachio Chèvre. A soft cheese featuring a tangy base complemented by a sweet-and-salty coating, creating a perfectly balanced flavor profile. This versatile cheese shines on its own or when served on bruschetta with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
• Rebel Cheese Everything Fromage. Our cheddar-flavored cheese coated in classic Everything Bagel seasoning delivers a delightfully savory experience. With its familiar blend of spices and flavors, this crowd-pleasing cheese is perfect for any holiday gathering.
• Rebel Cheese Gruyere. A young, firm cheese with a mildly sharp and nutty flavor profile, enhanced by a subtle touch of saltiness. Our cheesemakers have refined this classic over the years, carefully enhancing its distinctive characteristics based on valuable customer feedback.
