What a great cheese, paired with a nice white wine, and some toasted bread. You would never know it's vegan.

I’ve been working on a vegan gluten-free menu for a restaurant I’ll be opening in the near future. I used this to make savory buns with my signature. Gluten-free bread. I paired it with kale, caramelized onions and sun-dried tomato pesto. Incredible appetizer!! Totally crave-able - creamy and delicious and tasted like it had bacon in it
it’ll be a huge hit I’ve no doubt.
