December Fromagier (6 cheese)

Our curated monthly 6-cheese Fromagier box is a customer favorite! This box features a luxurious monthly rotating selection of 6 full wheels, wedges, logs, and/or spreadable cheeses (5-8 oz each).

The December 6-Cheese Fromagier includes:

• Gjetost. Gjetost (pronounced "yay-toast") is not your typical cheese! As a type of brunost (brown cheese), this Norwegian classic stands out for its sweet, caramel-like flavor. Our take is 100% vegan, firm, silky-smooth, and bursting with rich caramel notes. It’s unlike anything you’ve tried before, and we hope you love it as much as we do! Port Wine Cheese Ball. This limited-edition treat is a creamy, cheesy delight with a toasted almond coating that captures the holiday spirit. The rich port wine flavor mingles perfectly with the velvety cheese center, while the crunchy almond exterior adds a delightful texture. This bold, wine-infused creation (not for the faint of heart!) brings to mind cozy family gatherings and festive celebrations. Don't miss this seasonal specialty—available only for a short time! 

• Truffle Brie. Our award-winning Truffle Brie has earned recognition from the New York Times and captivated the Sharks on Shark Tank. This one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese ages for two weeks in our cheese cave, where it receives daily hand-tending. The luxurious truffle flavors permeate its creamy, mild center, while the carefully cultivated bloomy rind—grown in our cheese cave—adds a delightful hint of complexity.
• Tomato Herb Fromage. Our beloved "pizza cheese" has everyone talking! This unique fromage features a Mediterranean herb coating and a delightful surprise—a sun-dried tomato center. When we make this cheese, the entire building fills with the amazing aroma of Mediterranean seasonings. 
• Parmesan. Though younger than traditional versions, our firm cheese boasts a robust aroma and rich, savory flavor with subtle nutty undertones—carefully crafted based on customer feedback. Its intense, complex profile adds depth to any dish, making it perfect for elevating your favorite recipes.
• Savory Chevre. (Hey there, cheese lovers! We've heard your wishes for a 'plain uncoated chevre' to jazz up your recipes, and guess what? We've made it happen! Just in time for the festive season, we're thrilled to introduce our delicious savory chevre, au naturel.
