Can we say Jalapeno Poppers?

So.darn.good!! Slice down the middle, core, and throw in the broiler. After a couple of minutes, when blistering hot, smear some Bacon Scallion Spread in there and you will not be disappointed! This stuff brought my potato soup back to life, elevates a simple baked potato, or straight on a cracker. This stuff is the bomb!

Really enjoyed this

I've had the other 2 spreads (pimento cheese, which I liked, and buffalo, which I didn't) and this was a winner. It has a smoky bacon flavor and was yummy eaten with pretzels.
