Not an exact goat cheese dupe, but delicious

This reminds me more of a rich, firm ricotta than a goat cheese. It's a little sweet and a little salty, with a smooth and creamy consistency. It's fantastic. It doesn't have the earthy sourness of real goat cheese, but I was still blown away by how good it is, and will repurchase.

Ash Chèvre is my absolute favorite. With other fake cheese a little is plenty cuz a lot is gross but not so with Ash Chèvre. I pile it on my cracker and lick my knife. I love it. Sometimes ash chèvre on crackers is my whole meal.

First time eating a cheese with the charcoal but the cheeses is creamy and good and the charcoal just adds a little something.
