Our Truffle Brie (5.6 oz) is award-winning, featured in the New York Times, and loved by the Sharks on Shark Tank. This is aged for two weeks in our cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese.

The luxurious and rich flavors of our Truffle Brie shine through the creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave. 

CONTAINS: Tree Nuts (Cashew). 

INGREDIENTS: Organic Cashews, Water, Fine Salt, Truffle Juice, Summer Truffles, Natural Truffle Flavor, Vegetable Fiber, Fava Bean Protein, Enzymes, Cultures. 

USES: The truffle flavors, coupled with the umami rind, are best paired with roasted vegetables or added to an Italian dish, such as risotto or pasta. This cheese has so much flavor it can easily be enjoyed by itself.

Brie love

I like the Brie very much. At first bite I was sure about it and can’t pinpoint what it was that turned me off. Maybe it was the sourness. Then I are some more and fell in love with it. I wish I could afford this and the other cheeses often.

Soooooo gooooood!

I love Brie (I miss it so much being dairy-free) and I love everything Truffle!! This cheese is amazing! Rebel Cheese Brie is the best and this just takes it one level further. It disappeared way too fast (even among full-dairy eaters!) and I was left wishing I had ordered more! Next time I will!

The best vegan cheese ever

I’ve had other amazing vegan cheeses this ties for number one ever (to be fair I went to Switzerland and had some) I lived in France before being vegan (decades ago!) and I would dare anyone to guess this was plant based. Visually stunning, flavor insane!!!!!! Texture absolutely perfect. Will order this over and over again. This is the kind of cheese I will crave and dream about! I am a fitness instructor and cheese is not part of my usual diet but this was worth every single calorie. (Didn’t look don’t care Life is short eat the truffle Brie by a rebel!!!)
