A magical night of vegan fine dining, seasonal California ingredients, and cheeses to kick off the weekend festivities!

We had the joy of joining an incredible lineup of collaborators for a truly specialΒ plant-based dinner in Sonoma, California, as part of Gay Wine Weekend 2025.

Hosted at the beloved Little Saint in downtown Healdsburg, the dinner brought together the talents of Chef Chris Tucker, the wine expertise of Smith Story Wines, and the handcrafted flavors ofΒ Rebel Cheese β€” all to create an unforgettable night of food, wine, and community!

Each dish was thoughtfully designed to showcase local produce from Little Saint’s own regenerative farmβ€”located just 2.5 miles awayβ€”and our artisan vegan cheeses in new, exciting ways. Guests enjoyed a three-course experience that highlighted flavor, storytelling, and craftsmanship after grazing on a bright and colorful board of Rebel Cheese, vegetables, and accoutrements:

Filled with our signature Honee Pistachio Chèvre, paired with edible flowers and fresh fruit — a beautiful plant-based dessert finale.

Whether you were vegan, plant-curious, or just a flavor chaser, every course invited conversation and connection.
