Our Smoked Cheddar (5 oz) is full of smoky umami, slightly sharp with a natural earthiness. Cold smoked with Mesquite. Very firm texture, which makes it an excellent cheese for slicing, shredding, and cubing.

USES: Our Smoked Cheddar is a great snacking cheese and pairs perfectly with vegan salami, mustard and some chopped green onion or chives. It is also a great addition to cold pasta salads, tacos, or soups. This isn't a melty cheese, instead more akin to an aged cheddar.
