Great tasting cheese

Great tasting cheese. My favorite is still the brie, which tastes impossible good, but this is a close second. So far all the cheeses are excellent. Taste these and you'll never miss the concomitant dairy procuct.

I absolutely loved this cheese and keep thinking of ways to use it (on pasta, pizza, etc). It's delicious on crackers as well, though the flavor gets a little strong/overwhelming when eaten by itself. This was my personal favorite from my order.

This cheese is so good! I prefer the hard cheeses and am so thankful I found Rebel. Not only are the cheeses tasty but the their customer service is top notch. The black truffle pecorino was my introduction to Rebel Cheese. Due to some health issues, I am now on a plant based diet. I have some of the best cheeses in the world in both France and Italy. I can truly say that I can continue enjoying world class cheese with Rebel. My wonderful wife presented me with an assortment of Rebel’s for our 60th. Best give ever!! Can’t wait to try the others.

I can not tell you how much I love this cheese. You guys have nailed the Brie and now this fills a much needed gap for me. I love anything truffle flavored and was happy to try this new cheese flavor. It did not disappoint! The truffle flavor is strong and I paired it with some sourdough crackers. Will definitely order again! Please consider distributing into other states? I would love to be able to pick up Rebel Cheese in my local grocery store instead of having to deal with shipping cost and wait time. (I live in Birmingham)

SOY-SIZE-PRICE

This cheese was very good. My only issues are that it is made with soy, the size & the price. I have a soy allergen. I would like a soy free version & why must everything be so small & expensive in the vegan-plant-based community? I would have spent $116 on .05-.07 oz. cheeses had I not had a discount code. Won't always have that...The cheeses I bought ranged in price from $18.50-$21.50.These cheeses should be priced @ $14/$15 for their size & that's still costly for a small amount of "artisanal cheese".

Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
