This cheese we were pretty jazzed about receiving, and it did NOT disappoint! We served it on a whole food plant based charcuterie board during Super Bowl. The cheese was a winner as was our Seattle Seahawks! Wootwoot!!
I was not a fan of the pimento cheese. It was too spicy for a party it might be great but to have for lunch with crackers it was a little much. The texture was good maybe having a smoked version might help those who are not a fan of spice.
Shipping was amazing. I didn'tcare for the cheese.

It was surprisingly delicious. I made homemade spicy raspberry jam and poured it over the top of the Brie and paired it with Simple Mills Almond crackers. It was a favorite during the Superbowl.
I have a beet pasta that relies heavily on parmesan for flavor and this is the first vegan parmesan I've found with the correct flavor and texture for the dish. Highly recommend.
