Pepper jack rocks

I shred it over meals and crackers. Love the taste. I enjoy it over all kinds of meals just to add a pop of flavor.

The cheddar flavor is mild and nutty. The texture is appealing and very cheese like. The peppers add dimension and are not overpowering.
