Absolutely flavorful and delicious

It is a firm salami so recommend slicing thinly. So much great earthly flavor, goes great with the pepper jack and tomato herb fromage. 10/10 recommend.

I had high hopes for this fake salami

I had high hopes for this fake salami. Being Italian, and also having been a vegetarian for 8 years, salami/peperoni/etc. are some of the things I miss the most. This didn't really live up to my expectations, but added to a flavorful cracker and some truffle chevre or tomato herb or even the pimento cheese, it does the trick!

I’m a reformed omnivore so I remember what meat-based pepperoni tastes like. The Sweet Toscana Salami is the absolute best salami I’ve ever tasted. It tastes like salami but better. It’s not as greasy and has wonderful accents of fennel and peppercorn that give this salami a complexity I’ve never experienced in a salami until now.

Not a bad substitute. Lots of flavor! I am a meat eater and wanted to try something different since hubby is eating plant based. Will have to try some of the other flavors and see if one of them stands out. Family will definitely eat this again.

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
