Buffalo Blue Wing Dip. Scoop Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip into a small cast-iron skillet and warm in the oven at 350°F for 8 minutes, until bubbling. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and pretzel chips. Disappears in twenty minutes.

The Summer Sizzle Cheese Board, Built in Three Steps

Step 1: Set the stage. Pull all cheeses from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Cold cheese hides flavor. Room temp lets every note open up.
Step 2: Build the board. Arrange the firm cheeses (Colby Jack, Hatch Chile Cheddar) at the corners for slicing. Place the chevres and fromages in the middle. The sizzle board was one of the best curated box configurations and should be offered often. the smokehouse chèvre was so amazing I ordered two summer sizzle boxes two times! The REBEL SMOKEHOUSE CHEVRE!! It is now officially one of my top three cheeses, and I truly love the majority of Rebel Cheese.
Generally, I prefer to purchase the cheeses individually, as I stock up for life on the road in small towns with very few non-dairy options. Buying the Summer Sizzle Board was all about getting my taste buds around the Smokehouse Chevre!
The Spanish Paprika, is a main stay on RV dinner styled cheese/veggie boards. There’s not enough spice to overwhelm, it’s just enough.
The four stars, instead of five, is because I feel like the Hatch Chili Cheddar, and Pimento cheese, have increased in spice level. I do not like a lot of jalapeño, so it could just be in my mouth. I would love to see the star ratings for spiciness on the website next to the cheese.
The Pepper Jack is okay, and in all honesty, I have not even tried the Buffalo Dip. I’m kind of afraid of it. I added it to my Rebel Cheese freezer drawer, for when we are people who appreciate more spice than I.

HORRIBLE delivery. The delivery service clearly didn’t care that the box of items was perishable, even though it was very clearly marked. The box was warm, clearly thrown around because the cooling agent inside had burst out of the packaging. And the cheeses were all lukewarm, the dips were melting. I don’t even know if they’re any good. Also, it wasn’t even delivered to my unit. It was delivered to my neighbor’s unit, who brought it over as soon as it came. So the box wasn’t sitting outside. This all happened in the delivery truck. Very disappointed.

It’s a unique specialized item, so I expect the cost to be higher than a store. I do not believe I will order it again because we will have a hard time eating the products before the expiration dates. Over all a good product. I gave it 4 stars for the expense to the average consumer is rather high. Maybe smaller portions are available that I missed??? Also want to
mention the shipping. Although the packing material can be used as plant food ???? It was melted and the integrity of the spreads was mushy. When items are shipped from the east coast to the west coast, more thought in packing and keeping the items cool, needs to be made. Thank you for allowing the opportunity to share my honest feedback :-)

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
