Our Black Garlic Brie (5.6 oz) is an exclusive, limited-time product that rarely makes an appearance. This is aged for two weeks in our cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese.

The luxurious, rich flavors of black garlic shine through the creamy, mild center, with a touch of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.

USES: The black garlic flavors, coupled with the umami rind, are best paired with roasted vegetables or added to an Italian dish, such as risotto or pasta. This cheese has so much flavor it can easily be enjoyed by itself.
