Can the Cheeses Be Frozen?

Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

For best results, enjoy our aged and firm cheeses, including our Cave-Aged Classic Brie and Cave-Aged Truffle Brie, fresh from the refrigerator. Freezing may alter their texture and is not recommended for those styles.

Excellent Vegan Cheese Fondue!

We were happy to bring out our trusty cheese fondue set and use with this product. The product was excellent and we had fun dipping broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and cubed bread (we were out of potatoes) which we haven't done since turning vegan ~15 years ago.

It was fun to be able to do this again and the cheese bubbled, tasted and had the texture of the dairy cheese fondues we had in the past using Emmental, Gruyere & Parmesan cheese.

Definitely looking forward to doing it again. Wish the product was available more often and as a standalone product versus just in a box so we could purchase multiple fondues. We added in some grated vegan Parmesan, but next time would like to also add in grated vegan Gruyere.

The fondue I’ve been missing!!

This fondue was amazing!! I love fondue and haven’t had any since I’ve been vegan. This was exactly what I’ve been missing. It was easy to make and tasted amazing. I paired it with fruits, veggies, bread, and some vegan chocolate fondue that I made, and it was amazing!!! I cannot recommend this product highly enough!!!

Delicious Fondue Cheese - if we can make vegan fondue, anything can be vegan!

I switched to dairy free lifestyle (vegan lifestyle to be even more specific). I've seen so many amazing health benefits from healthier skin to quicker recovery after activities. I will always keep this dairy free lifestyle and was amazed to learn about Rebel Cheese company so I could still enjoy some of my favorite special treats. One being fondue. This fondue was better than the dairy ones I"ve eaten. If Rebel Cheese can make dairy free fondue this good, I don't think there is anything they can't do or any reason I will ever have to eat dairy again! THANK YOU REBEL CHEESE!

So much fun!

We had a great Valentine’s evening. The fondue was fantastic, we dipped chewy bread, potatoes, and veggies. The sumac and black pepper coated cheese was surprising at first, but I loved the pungent coating with crackers. The Brie looked like Brie, but was more tart, more flavor. The Parmesan was spot on! My only concern is the saturated fat content from the coconut fat.

Valentine's Day fondue was such a great dish. The cheese stayed melted throughout the whole meal without even having to put extra heat under the fondue bowl. We chose toasted baguette fruit and even vegan sausages the meal was five star excellent.

The fondue in this box was a big hit on Valentine’s Day! So creamy and delicious! We have also enjoyed the Brie which was so spreadable and had a wonderful flavor as well. Tonight is the Parmesan on pasta and finally we will try the sumac cheese! So lovely including the chocolates too!

This cheese (not cheese) was everything I hoped for. The fondue was delightful and my animal eating husband had no idea it was vegan. He scarfed it up. The strawberry fromage had just a subtle hint of berries and the nut coating set my tastebuds singing with joy. Tomorrow I am going to have the sun dried tomatoes basil fromage over pasta, I am looking forward to it! Thank you for these wonderful products!

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
