Choriz-So So

This one wasn't as exciting as the Truffle Brie, or Smoked Cheddar. I personally would have preferred it be just a little softer, and more spicy. I was reluctant to order it in the first place because I know it's a tough texture and flavor to emulate, but the Salami was sold out. I gave it a chance. Because of how well the cheese was done, you've still gained a new customer. I'll check back for when the Salami is in stock .
