Our Porcini Brie (5.6 oz) is an exclusive limited-time product that rarely makes an appearance. This is aged for two weeks in our cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese.

The luxurious and rich flavors of our porcini mushroom and black pepper shine through the creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave. 

CONTAINS: Tree Nuts (Cashew).

INGREDIENTS: Cashews*, Water, Fine Salt, Porcini Powder, Black Pepper, Enzymes, Cultures.

USES: The porcini flavors, coupled with the umami rind, are best paired with roasted vegetables or added to an Italian dish, such as risotto or pasta. This cheese has so much flavor it can easily be enjoyed by itself.
