Upon Arrival & Daily Storage:

Transfer to refrigerator immediately (35-40°F)
Keep refrigerated at all times
Remove 10-15 minutes before serving for optimal flavor and texture

After Opening:

Consume within 7 days for the best quality
Wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper
Store wrapped cheese in a partially sealed zip-top bag
Keep in the main refrigerator compartment (not the door)

Shelf Life:

Each cheese includes a white label with the Lot Number and "Best By" date
Do not freeze (freezing alters texture and compromises quality)
