Summer Cheese Board: Arrange the Brie, Gruyere, and Colby Jack on a wood board with sliced stone fruit, honeycomb, and rosemary crackers. The Strawberry Basil Fromage goes in a small ramekin at the center.
Elevated Toast: Pile the Bacon Scallion Spread on thick sourdough with heirloom tomatoes and flaky salt. Best eaten outside.

Rebel plant based cheeses are surprisingly very good with great flavor and texture. My daughter and I enjoyed them all. Her favorite is the honey pistachio and mine the strawberry basil fromage.

Sweet Dessert Cheese

My non-vegan friends loved this one! We did a charcuterie board of all Rebel Cheese cheeses and meats and my friends absolutely loved it. They even asked for the site so that they may order it for themselves later. This cheese is sweet and great on any cracker we tried. But beware, it melts quickly! San Francisco is not known to be hot, but among all the cheeses we had, the fromages tend to melt quickly under the sun, or just generally when they are not in the fridge.

Christmas in Seoul!

I used to normally buy my onesie twosie Rebel cheeses from places like Besties, ID-Eclair and Gelsons but since I started living overseas half the year, I have been needing to stock up. I purchased the Spring Picnic and Greatest Hits packages and froze the fromages and used them as additional ice blocks to transport all of cheeses! This is my first time having bought so much at once but it was like Christmas morning as I unpacked everything! I hope that they all keep fresh for a while. I am looking to host multiple vegan wine & cheese nights with my stock and introduce Seoul to my favorite cheeses!! (Needless to say, I love all Rebel products and think they are all absolutely delicious)

Herbaceous and Slightly Sweet

It was delicious! Not as fruit-forward as I expected, instead, nicely herbaceous and slightly sweet. It would be delicious with fresh strawberries, or a fruit platter, and sparkling wine. Glad I ordered two, next time I will share!

Summery, herby, and not too sweet

I'm not always too sure about cheeses with sweet flavors, but this is really nice. I feel like the basil comes through strong enough to make this more special than a basic strawberry cream cheese. It's not overly sweet and was delicious alongside the more savory cheeses I ordered. This is a great summer/spring cheese! I would have never thought to make a cheese like this, so I'm so happy Rebel did! I think it would be great paired with a little balsamic vinegar, so I will try that the next time I have it.

This was such a pleasant surprise! If you’re looking for a sweeter cheese, this one is absolutely delicious. It’s rich, creamy, and makes for a great snack or addition to a charcuterie board.

I wasn’t able to pick up a strong strawberry flavor, and I honestly didn’t notice the basil, but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed it. The overall flavor is fantastic, and the creamy texture is spot on.

As someone with alpha-gal syndrome who’s basically a forced “vegan,” I’m continually amazed by how authentic Rebel’s cheeses taste. This is another one I’d happily order again!

Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
