First let me say my mom was from Paris and we are serious cheese snobs. I’m completely blown away by the balsamic fig . Incredible. The texture and flavor is spot on. The Brie is excellent as well. I can’t wait to try the others in my box. I’m enjoying one at a time to truly appreciate them. Thank you for making artisan vegan cheese that blind test no one would ever know
The taste is wonderful! I’m in love! It really doesn’t taste like cheese to me but it has a great taste and texture. I’ll be ordering this again!

I adore Rebel cheese. There is so much fabulous flavor in the fromages. I love them all. The fig andwalnut fromage is the first one I tried and now I’m hooked!

Oh my God! I love this stuff. It reminds me of pate but without the fois gras. I have even got my husband interested in these items from Rebel cheese. I'm a new customer and plan to stick around for a long time. I also learned that your products are for sale in a local store in my town. When I get a chance I plan to go see what they sell. I ordered five cheeses And my friends and I had a cheese tasting. They were all excellent, but the two that stood out were the fig and the tomato herb. The flavor, the texture everything about it was incredible would definitely order again.

These cheese is FANTASTIC. Out of the 6 cheeses I bought (for the first time) from Rebel Cheese, all were incredible but this one really stood out. I was thinking about it long after I’d told myself I was done eating cheese for the day! Sweet, tangy, creamy, and with a lovely bite from the walnuts, this cheese felt like it had been freshly made and expertly crafted. I will absolutely be ordering it again.
This bacon cheddar spread is amazing! Delicious as a sandwich topping, but dip a kettle baked potato chip in it and be ready to have your mind blown.
This is objectively good cheese, I'm just not a fan of sweet/dessert cheeses. The walnut flavor really stands out, which is nice. My husband really liked it, so he'll finish it off.
The Balsamic Fig Fromage was lovely. I shared it with my French neighbor who really knows cheeses, and she liked it. But her favorite of the five cheeses I had ordered was the Hatch Chile Cheddar. This stuff reminds me so much of the smoked fish spread. I used to eat on crackers in Florida. Every restaurant serves it where I’m from and I’ve missed it so much and now I can have the experience again.
TOO SWEET! I think I should have mixed this with plain vegan yogurt. It give me more blueberry than flavor and color. Had on toast with flaky salt, that was better. This one I tried with crackers too, but the cheese was still too sweet.
